PERSONAL TRAINING & 60 DAYS OF SUPPORT07 / Before we get started
Get a clear picture of the setup, your involvement, and what we agree before work begins.
Get startedYes. We practice with your own tasks during handover, including how to ask for a client update, prepare work, and review the result. You receive 60 days of post-launch support. Optional on-site training provides a full day of practice with your completed setup.
The installation connects your agreed client context, processes, brand guidance, and tools to supported AI workflows. We configure instructions around how your agency works, test the tasks you want to improve, and train the people using the setup.
We review your assistant, tools, account plans, and available connections during discovery. Emil uses Claude and ChatGPT in his own agency. Your proposal confirms the supported tools, sources, actions, and routines in your installation. Other assistants and bespoke integrations are assessed before they are included.
Your proposal defines the workflows we configure and test as part of installation. Depending on the agreed tools and scope, these can include proposal preparation, campaign drafts, recurring checks, and progress updates. We define where you review or approve actions. Additional bespoke requirements are scoped separately.
We establish a baseline for selected recurring tasks, then agree a target, a quality standard, and a review date. Testing counts the time needed for review and corrections. The day-30 proposal example is illustrative; the founder case describes Emil’s own estimated results. Your targets are set for your business.
Notion provides the organized knowledge hub for the information we agree to include. We review where your data already lives and transfer relevant material with your agreement. Your CRM and other systems can remain the source of their own records, with supported connections defined in the proposal.
The timeline is agreed after reviewing your workflows, tools, and documentation. You walk us through the work, approve the information and access involved, review the configured workflows, and attend training. Each installation includes testing and 60 days of post-launch support.
We agree which sources each person and agent needs. Access boundaries are configured and tested across the knowledge hub, assistant, and connected tools before rollout. Team members receive context within their agreed permissions; access depends on the capabilities of each service.
We configure how agreed meeting notes, decisions, and work updates enter the hub, using supported connections and routines. Business-specific instructions guide how agents use and update those records. Handover covers any manual steps, source ownership, and update timing, which depends on the connected tools.
Software subscriptions and usage charges are separate. Your installation includes 60 days of post-launch support, with no mandatory Wilinski maintenance retainer afterward. The optional Care Package is $99 per month for 12 months ($1,188 total). Its scope and billing start are agreed in the proposal; additional workflow builds or integrations are quoted separately.
